Left-leaning liberal George Soros has taken over another radio station. This time he bought a $415 million stake in Audacy. If you haven’t been paying attention, the billionaire philanthropist has been funding or purchasing radio stations for quite a while now. In early 2023, Soros gave $250 million in debt relief funding to Vice Media. The company would go on to file for bankruptcy in late August 2023, and then consequently, Soros acquired what was left of the company for $350 million. George Soros now controls 235 American radio stations. His intended goal is to completely reshape the American media landscape. News of his recent radio station acquisition comes to us on February 14, 2024, the date with primary numerology of 60.
