Originally, I posted this decode on X, formerly known as Twitter, and I was immediately flagged for hate speech, which didn’t make any sense. There was no hate speech in it whatsoever. They froze my post, and I couldn’t even open it to take a screenshot of my work. So, I had to rewrite it all over again, which sucked. That won’t happen to me again. I’ve learned my lesson.
The second time I tried to post it on X, I was careful to remove what I perceived might be considered hate speech. I posted the new version of my decode, and they flagged me again for what they called a community violation. This time, they left it up and visible to everyone, but the post wouldn’t allow anyone to interact with it. The dirty bastards locked out the ability to leave a comment, repost, or like it. Once again, to me, this didn’t make any sense. It was so toned down. I only skimmed over these topics and shortened it significantly, which made me sad to do.
I looked around on X, and there were plenty of other people posting similar content to what I posted. Some of them even took it much further than I did, which surprised me. Why flag me? The only thing I did differently was use numbers to back up my words. This wasn’t my first experience with issues on Twitter, now called X. My account there has been in some sort of weird censorship purgatory since I started it. I guess I should take it as a compliment for speaking the truth. Whatever!
When Elon Musk bought Twitter, now called X, everyone thought for sure it would be the end of censorship and the beginning of free speech. However, to the contrary, there are still topics you can’t talk about, and discussing the darkest topics, such as pedophilia, is still forbidden, especially if it points to the highest government office in the land.
This situation frustrates me! I am upset about being censored. I pay for a premium membership there, and it’s disappointing to be part of something that won’t allow me to share information like this. To me, censoring a post about pedophilia is almost as bad as condoning it. As unpleasant as this topic is, it needs to be front and center for everyone to see. In my opinion, the sooner everyone is aware of it, the sooner it can be addressed.
For the record, I didn’t want to decode this dark topic, but nonetheless, I felt it was necessary. Who else was going to do it? That’s the sad truth! Not enough people care. Too many people in the community of numbers care more about sports than they do about the truth of what’s actually happening in our society.
